Oseberg silk lamp

The Oseberg silk with hunter motifs is based on the silk fragments found in the Oseberg tomb and which have been concluded to probably have had the same pattern as a silk fabric preserved in the Museo Sacro in the Vatican, and it is from this silk fabric that the red Oseberg silk with the hunters has been recreated.
