Poncho Jak Natural brown
Boho-inspired and nicely warming knitted poncho with fringes in soft and durable yak wool. The yak is a bovine animal, related to the musk ox and distantly related to our cattle. The yak lives at high altitudes in Central Asia. It has a thick and very soft undercoat, which makes it withstand the winter cold extremely well and it is this wool that is spun into yarn. The yak wool is relatively long-fibered, soft and very durable. Its natural color varies between gray-brown and dark brown, which means that the yarn can only be dyed in darker shades, unless the yarn is bleached first. This lovely poncho is our own design and sustainably made in Nepal.
